Key Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant bookings and coordinate arrangements for VIP guests.
• Keep departmental records, filing systems, and databases current and well-maintained.
• Stay informed about all current F&B products, menus, promotions, and events.
• Ensure efficient communication flow between F&B management and operational teams.
• Address guest feedback promptly and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain guest databases to enhance personalized service delivery.
• Promote dining services and hotel events to maximize guest experience and revenue.
