Role Overview

We are seeking a Team Leader for Origin Grill to join our dedicated team at Shangri-La Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the service team during daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Deliver efficient and seamless dining experiences to all guests.
• Welcome and seat guests warmly and professionally.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee timely service.
• Manage guest feedback, accommodate special requests, and address issues promptly.
• Oversee cleanliness and preparation of the restaurant before, during, and after service hours.
• Ensure correct table settings, thorough knowledge of menus, and maintain smooth service flow.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least five years' experience as a Team Leader in a hotel, restaurant, or related environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting with a positive demeanor.
• Professional grooming and appearance standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
