Primary Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for ensuring nearly uninterrupted customer network uptime at 99.99% reliability.
• Maintain and service network switches in compliance with operational standards and company protocols.
• Support cross-departmental teams by providing timely connectivity solutions whenever needed.
• Keep the network database up to date and provide routine reports to management on network status and activities.
• Respond to field customer complaints promptly, delivering high-quality problem resolutions within established turnaround times.
• Troubleshoot technical issues swiftly and precisely to minimize disruption.
• Oversee Network Management System (NMS) applications, actively monitoring and responding to alerts or events.
• Investigate recurring complaints and lead corrective actions, escalating where necessary to prevent future issues.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and fundamental operational rules without exception.
• Follow and enforce all process guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Provide structured and actionable feedback to management aimed at finding permanent improvements to service quality.
