Job Summary

The role centers around managing installation, configuration, and commissioning of enterprise connectivity services. It includes providing technical assistance for Internet Leased Line, Corporate Broadband, Managed Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN solutions while ensuring service performance and availability.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission enterprise network connectivity services.
• Deliver technical support for Internet leased lines, corporate broadband, managed Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN services.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues promptly, adhering to SLA guidelines.
• Visit customer sites to perform technical assessments, troubleshoot problems, and ensure service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with Network Operations, Field Operations, and internal teams to expedite issue resolution.
• Monitor network and service health to guarantee consistent high availability.
• Execute basic setup and troubleshooting procedures on routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and other networking hardware.
• Assist with new customer installations, migrations, and network upgrade projects.
• Conduct site surveys to determine technical needs for upcoming installations.
• Maintain detailed records of installation, configuration, service challenges, and corrective actions taken.
• Communicate effectively with customers about technical concerns, progress updates, and expected resolution timelines.
• Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong technical rapport with enterprise clients.
