Role Overview

As Market Manager, you will hold comprehensive responsibility for your store, including professional, disciplinary, and organizational leadership. You will lead by example, actively contributing to the store's success, supporting your team with guidance, creating staff schedules per guidelines, ensuring order and quality, and monitoring key performance indicators such as sales, inventory, and personnel costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store team, setting a positive example and providing hands-on support to ensure success.
• Develop and execute employee schedules aligning with operational requirements.
• Maintain high standards of store organization and deliver excellent product quality and freshness to delight customers.
• Continuously monitor and control sales figures, inventory accuracy, and staffing costs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail; relevant professional experience preferred.
• Alternatively, career changers with leadership experience in sectors like hospitality or gastronomy are warmly welcomed.
• Customer-focused, committed, and responsible attitude.
• Willingness to actively contribute and flexibility to work collaboratively with the team.
• Leadership skills to motivate, inspire, and effectively guide employees.
