Role Overview

As the Deputy Store Manager at the Mainz location (Grosse Bleiche 17-23, 55116 Mainz), you will ensure the store's operational readiness and take responsibility for daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager as a leadership team.
• Coordinate regularly with the Store Manager regarding key management topics and ensure effective communication and task delegation to team members.
• Maintain order within the store and handle customer inquiries and complaints personally.
• Monitor key performance indicators continuously, overseeing sales and inventory in coordination with the Store Manager.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training in retail with relevant professional experience preferred. Career changers from hospitality or gastronomy sectors are warmly welcomed.
• Customer-oriented, committed, and responsible work attitude.
• Willingness to actively participate and flexibility to support and lead the team cohesively.
• Ability to motivate team members and inspire enthusiasm for their roles.
• Flexibility to work during store opening hours from Monday to Saturday.
