Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the store Trift 5, 56281 Emmelshausen, is always ready for sales and take charge of daily operations in the absence of the store manager.
• Collaborate closely with the store manager to form a strong leadership duo.
• Regularly coordinate with the store manager on management-relevant topics, ensure information flow, and assign tasks to team members.
• Maintain order within the store and attend to customer needs by handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Monitor key performance indicators constantly and manage sales and inventory in cooperation with the store manager.
