Position Summary

This role is based in 74544 Michelbach an der Bilz and offers a permanent full-time contract. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational, organizational, and personnel activities at the store located at Bretzinger Str. 57, 74544 Michelbach an der Bilz, actively contributing to its success.
• Support your team as a mentor and role model, develop staff deployment schedules aligned with company standards.
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of orderliness and that customers experience top quality and freshness of products.
• Monitor key performance indicators regularly, managing sales, inventory, and personnel costs effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training in retail sales is preferred; however, candidates with leadership experience in hospitality or gastronomy looking to switch careers are equally encouraged to apply.
• Customer-oriented, motivated, and responsible individual with a hands-on approach and flexibility, working collaboratively with the team.
• Natural leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and inspiring team members to succeed in their roles.
