Responsibilities

• Ensure the store located at Lindauer Str. 76, 88085 Langenargen is ready for sales and manage daily operations when the Store Manager is absent.
• Collaborate closely with the Store Manager, forming a strong leadership duo.
• Regularly coordinate with the Store Manager on key operational topics, ensuring effective communication and task delegation to staff.
• Maintain store orderliness and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Monitor key performance indicators continuously and manage sales and inventory in cooperation with the Store Manager.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training in retail, ideally complemented by relevant experience; career changers from sectors like hospitality or gastronomy are also welcome.
• Customer-focused, dedicated, and responsible approach.
• Willingness to actively contribute and flexibility to work in unison with the team.
• Leadership ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Availability to work flexibly during store hours from Monday to Saturday.
