Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing on both desktop and web-based software applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Design comprehensive test cases, execute them, track defects meticulously, and maintain detailed test documentation.
• Utilize test management platforms such as ALM and Rally to organize and oversee testing activities.
• Apply thorough knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies, and conduct various testing types including functional, regression, integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders to communicate findings and collaborate on quality improvements.
• Contribute to assuring that software meets healthcare domain standards, leveraging prior healthcare application experience if available.
• Incorporate test automation using Squish and develop Python scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
• Maintain basic proficiency in requirements management tools like Jama and DOORS to ensure alignment between requirements and testing.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 4 to 8 years of documented manual testing experience, particularly with desktop and web applications.
• Demonstrate expertise in all facets of the testing lifecycle, from design through defect management and documentation.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and interact with both internal and external customers.
• Prior exposure to healthcare-related applications is advantageous but not mandatory.
