These methods include simulating product components to examine all scenarios and using cutting-edge technologies like image recognition for automatic detection of UI elements. Quality assurance is integrated continually throughout the Scaled Agile Framework development process, supported by our Quality Management System experts responding to customer feedback to improve future products. Our labs facilitate remote unattended testing of components ranging from partial to full product assemblies, including moving robots.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee home (alpha) testing initiatives aimed at early detection of issues during product development and evaluate product performance under real-world conditions.
• Confirm that lab test results align with design quality standards for smooth integration.
• Analyze product lifecycle quality data and other streams to extract actionable insights for improvement.
• Create and maintain an advanced quality dashboard serving as an early warning system for software and hardware quality metrics.
• Prepare and develop comprehensive product-level test plans and conduct in-depth analysis of product requirements.
• Ensure detailed and precise test specifications are finalized and aligned with Target Set milestones, providing support to design and engineering teams from initial concept through post-launch production.
• Innovate testing methodologies, integrating AI/ML and sophisticated data analytics to boost detection accuracy and efficiency of tests.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the Test & QA team, coordinating with Development, Operations, Quality, and Design teams to seamlessly embed testing processes within the product lifecycle.
• Regularly report project testing progress and software quality status to senior leadership, ensuring transparent communication across departments.

Candidate Profile

• At least seven years of experience in product quality or software testing roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Expert proficiency in Python for data manipulation and statistical analysis, with practical experience using libraries like Pandas and NumPy, and visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly for automated quality reporting.
• Capability in developing professional automated dashboards with tools like Tableau or Power BI, converting processed Python data into intuitive visual displays for executive tracking.
• Proficient in SQL for querying complex datasets and experienced with cloud data platforms such as AWS Redshift.
• Solid knowledge of electronics hardware and its integration with software systems.
• Experience with software components in IoT products, including embedded systems, applications, cloud infrastructure, and machine learning.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, adept at presenting technical details clearly to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple product deliverables and schedules concurrently.
