Role Overview
As a Manager in Offer Quality, you will be responsible for managing the quality and reliability of product offers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards at the Ahmednagar location.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire quality and reliability management of launched offers from start to finish.
- Develop and implement offer quality strategies, processes, and initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Analyze performance indicators including failure modes, reliability trends, and customer feedback to preempt quality risks.
- Investigate product failures, customer complaints, and warranty issues using root cause analysis and other structured problem-solving approaches.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions by coordinating relevant teams and ensuring timely execution and closure.
- Create collaboration channels among customers, service, manufacturing, engineering, and product teams to share quality insights and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company quality governance by maintaining accurate documentation and participating in audits and assessments.
- Continuously improve quality management systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and product robustness.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Proficiency in quality engineering, reliability engineering, and lifecycle quality management concepts.
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Strong skills in data analytics, trend monitoring, and performance measurement.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, CAPA, 8D methodology, Pareto analysis, fishbone diagrams, and statistical methods.
- Understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement frameworks.

Eligibility
The role requires candidates holding a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) degree with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in quality management within similar industries.
