Job description
Role Overview
This position supports the execution of workforce planning and HR analytics by efficiently managing HR data and reporting workflows. Responsibilities include compiling and interpreting workforce data, maintaining HR dashboards and databases, and aiding in HR system implementations and transformation projects. The role also ensures compliance and governance by safeguarding the accuracy and proper handling of HR records, facilitating data-driven workforce decisions and operational efficiency.
Key Duties
- Assist in workforce planning through data compilation, analysis, and generating trend reports.
- Keep workforce statistics, management reports, and dashboards updated to aid organizational and manpower strategy.
- Contribute to the collection and evaluation of establishment-related data.
- Manage project tracking and documentation related to workforce transformation initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR databases and datasets essential for reporting and workforce analysis.
- Conduct data cleansing, validation, and preparation to support dashboard updates.
- Address analytics and reporting inquiries from HR, management, and other key stakeholders.
- Support data preparation and validation efforts related to Workday Deployment 2 as necessary.
- Participate in HR data quality audits and reconciliation activities.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, HR Analytics, or similar fields is advantageous.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, and Python are essential.
- Ability to handle confidential HR information with discretion and professionalism.
