Job description
Role Overview
Join the Enterprise Workforce Transformation Division to lead and manage the deployment of Workforce Transformation programmes, grants, and initiatives aimed at assisting enterprises in their Workforce and Enterprise Transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute policies and operational guidelines related to Workforce Transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including SWDA’s IT divisions, and external government agencies to define business needs and convert these into user stories for system development.
- Perform user acceptance testing to verify that business requirements are accurately implemented in IT systems.
- Conduct user research and feedback collection to understand company challenges and refine user journeys accordingly.
- Oversee the execution of communications plans and manage change processes with stakeholders.
- Support SFEC claims processing, including managing clawbacks, write-offs, and eligibility modifications.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in administering incentives, programmes, or grants.
- Strong background in communications and change management for large-scale market initiatives.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum frameworks, including facilitating backlogs and sprint planning.
- Effective in stakeholder engagement across various internal and external parties.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating sound problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Adaptable to fast-changing, ambiguous, and complex environments with diverse and shifting deadlines.
