Role Overview
As the company intensifies growth in Australia, it is scaling its Sydney sales division and seeks an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to oversee a team of eight. - Create and nurture a high-performance, engaged, and retention-focused team culture.

- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to guarantee well-qualified leads and smooth transition of opportunities.
- Work with Sales Enablement teams to continuously enhance onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Utilize advanced sales technology and enablement tools to boost productivity and results.
- Identify and recommend outbound sales process improvements in partnership with senior leadership.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years leading SDR or BDR teams.
- Proven success in high-volume outbound sales settings.
- Previous individual contributor experience leading to leadership roles.
- Strong coaching skills with a history of developing sales personnel.
- Expertise in cold calling and outbound prospecting techniques.
- Data-driven approach to sales management and performance optimization.
- Ability to balance accountability with supportive people leadership.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, technology, or other rapidly growing sectors.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Solution Selling and/or MEDDICC is a plus.
Why Join?
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a vibrant global fintech during a pivotal expansion phase in Australia. The Sydney BDR team is high-performing, with over 80% surpassing targets. You will inherit a solid team and can elevate its effectiveness, skills, and career progression opportunities. The company provides a sophisticated sales enablement infrastructure, strong international leadership, and robust growth potential for career advancement into senior sales leadership roles.
