Overview

Shubham Solar Solution, located in Udaipur, Rajasthan, is inviting applications for the role of Senior Business Development Associate. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years experience and be capable of driving sales growth by generating leads, managing customer relations, and meeting targets in the solar energy market.

Key Duties

• Generate and convert leads through calls, references, and various channels.
• Understand potential customers' needs related to solar energy products and services.
• Provide detailed explanations of solar solutions and answer any queries.
• Manage the entire sales cycle including follow-ups, negotiations, and closure.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue goals.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers.
• Explore and identify new market opportunities and business avenues.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth process execution.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales using CRM software.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and customer engagement.
• Self-driven and target oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with making calls and attending customer meetings.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Experience within the solar or energy sector is considered advantageous.
