Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks (PPMs) to ensure equipment reliability.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns onsite to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct fault diagnosis across all machinery to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, fostering a positive safety culture across the site.
• Initiate continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing operational processes.
• Install and work on single phase and three phase electrical motors as required.
• Demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours.
• Apply knowledge of 5S principles and Lean Manufacturing techniques.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of two years' experience as a mechanical maintenance engineer.
• Completion of an apprenticeship is preferable.
• Strong communication abilities for effective collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary between £50,000 and £51,500.
