Overview
We are seeking a motivated Lead Mechanical Technician to join a fast-paced semiconductor environment based in Bristol. This role focuses on advancing your career by leading with influence, supporting team development, and enhancing technical expertise.
Key Duties
- Assist the team leader by providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Contribute to Lean manufacturing practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Organize workload planning to ensure effective team productivity.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings.
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Dedicated to continuous improvement methods and initiatives.
- Experience in leadership and mentoring roles within mechanical teams.
