Job description
Role Overview
As a Maintenance Assistant at Dalata Hotel Group, you will engage in practical training through our Dalata Academy, gaining essential skills and guidance from experienced team members. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage daily tasks, addressing reactive maintenance demands promptly.
- Carry out maintenance jobs including preventative activities such as mastic application and painting.
- Support the Cluster Maintenance Manager in diagnosing and resolving equipment and control system faults.
- Work collaboratively with different hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain professional standards and adhere to safety protocols in all maintenance tasks.
- Follow all health and safety legislation rigorously.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in trades like painting, plumbing, or construction is advantageous.
- Highly motivated, able to prioritize workloads effectively.
- Attention to detail with a focus on high standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Proficiency in English communication.
