Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage daily tasks, addressing reactive maintenance demands promptly.
• Carry out maintenance jobs including preventative activities such as mastic application and painting.
• Support the Cluster Maintenance Manager in diagnosing and resolving equipment and control system faults.
• Work collaboratively with different hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to safety protocols in all maintenance tasks.
• Follow all health and safety legislation rigorously.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in trades like painting, plumbing, or construction is advantageous.
• Highly motivated, able to prioritize workloads effectively.
• Attention to detail with a focus on high standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Proficiency in English communication.
