Job Overview
As a bartender at Dalata, you will be welcomed with training at the Dalata Academy and have ongoing support from experienced colleagues. Our culture focuses on internal promotion, offering new growth opportunities to those who demonstrate dedication. You will be an integral part of a friendly team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and recognize regular guests personally, using their names.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of food, beverages, and wines to make appropriate recommendations.
- Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
- Proactively upsell products to maximize sales revenue whenever possible.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working in a hotel environment, preferably within a 3 or 4-star property, is beneficial but not essential.
- Exposure to a high-volume, fast-paced work setting.
- Background in a busy food and beverage operation.
- Fluent English language skills with excellent communication capabilities.
- Experience with Micros point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
