Job Overview

As a bartender at Dalata, you will be welcomed with training at the Dalata Academy and have ongoing support from experienced colleagues. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and recognize regular guests personally, using their names.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food, beverages, and wines to make appropriate recommendations.
• Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Proactively upsell products to maximize sales revenue whenever possible.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience working in a hotel environment, preferably within a 3 or 4-star property, is beneficial but not essential.
• Exposure to a high-volume, fast-paced work setting.
• Background in a busy food and beverage operation.
• Fluent English language skills with excellent communication capabilities.
• Experience with Micros point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
