Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service aligned with Anantara’s standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene, in a courteous and professional manner.
• Exemplify the finest qualities of national hospitality and professionalism when engaging with guests.
• Maintain high standards of service, personal appearance, cleanliness, and tidiness in your work area.
• Comply with and contribute to improvements in the Beverage Department's Standard Operating Procedures.
• Prepare the bar at the start of shifts, ensuring all essentials like liquor, ice, glassware, juices, and garnishes are ready.
• Process drink orders efficiently by calling orders in the correct sequence, verifying the accuracy and quantity of drinks served, and handling billing promptly.
• Craft cocktails strictly according to the Anantara Resorts & Spas standard beverage manual using precise measures.
• Receive and check liquor inventory against the previous shift’s requisition forms; report any discrepancies immediately to the Bar Supervisor.
• Manage security within the bar area and remain on duty unless formally relieved by a colleague.
• Assist with cleaning duties such as mopping floors, disposing of cans and bottles, cleaning rails and counters, and removing melting ice from bins.
