Role Overview

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will ensure the delivery of friendly and efficient service to guests while maintaining high standards in Food & Beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Food & Beverage services strictly following the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure timely setup and continual maintenance of Food & Beverage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all Food & Beverage sections.
• Manage ambiance by controlling heating, lighting, and media such as music and TVs.
• Provide guests with courteous and prompt service consistently.
• Drive sales performance by applying effective upselling techniques.
• Complete daily SOP checklists to sustain staff training standards.
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning checklists to guarantee excellent hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a 3 or 4-star hotel environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
• Fluent English skills with strong communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Micros point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and varied hours.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate well within a team.
• A committed, hardworking attitude and dedication to responsibilities.
