Reservations Agent

About the Role

We are seeking a Reservations Agent to join the Cluster Belvedere Hotel, Hotel 7, and Barry's Hotel under the Dalata Hotel Group in Dublin. This role involves managing guest reservations while ensuring exceptional service and meeting customer needs. Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage guest reservations, addressing their preferences and requirements with utmost professionalism.
• Inform guests about hotel amenities, facilities, and pricing details.
• Promote other hotel services and affiliated properties to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Set accurate expectations for guests prior to their arrival to ensure satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively take initiative when required.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively.
• Capability to remain composed and perform under pressure.
• Previous experience in a 3 or 4-star hotel environment is preferred but not mandatory.
