Overview
Inspiron Engineering Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join its team in the GIDC Industrial Area of Odhav, Ahmedabad. This role involves performing electrical maintenance and repair tasks on industrial machinery and equipment, focusing on safety and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical systems in industrial machines and equipment.
- Manage electrical wiring tasks including panel wiring, installations, and making electrical connections.
- Inspect and maintain electrical panels, production machinery, and equipment.
- Identify electrical faults and implement appropriate repairs.
- Support maintenance activities for specialized equipment such as tempering furnaces.
- Maintain strict adherence to electrical safety procedures during all maintenance operations.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and in good condition.
Candidate Profile
- Male candidates aged 20 to 60 years.
- Minimum education level of 10th standard or below.
- At least three years of proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Proficient electrician skills including installation, wiring, and safety compliance.
- Experience with industrial electrical maintenance, panel wiring, and troubleshooting is essential.
- Familiarity with tempering furnace maintenance is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with strong safety awareness.
- English language skills are not required for this position.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
- Annual bonus provided as part of remuneration.

- Provision of meals and two-way transportation via company cab service.
