As a Machine Operator, you'll be instrumental in operating machinery that crafts these parts, ensuring top quality throughout production. Job Responsibilities

• Set up machinery, tooling, and related equipment in accordance with specifications and work instructions, receiving guidance from qualified tradespeople if necessary.
• Configure and manage machine settings and parameters for each assigned job.
• Prepare raw materials, parts, and inventory for processing by verifying specifications, alignment, and cleanliness.
• Operate machines through complete production cycles while actively monitoring for irregularities or deviations.
• Perform tooling changes, maintain consumables and machine components, and conduct routine operator maintenance such as cleaning, inspecting, and minor calibration.
• Inspect completed products, document any quality issues, initiate corrective measures, and keep all production and quality logs current.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience adhering to quality or regulatory procedures in a workplace setting.
• Confidence in reading and following written work instructions and protocols.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to maintaining safety and looking out for coworkers.
• Preferred: experience in manufacturing, production, or trade environments.
• Preferred: familiarity with quality assurance audits or documented quality systems.
