Key Responsibilities

• Assemble water treatment modules by interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and following standard operating procedures.
• Communicate production progress, module performance, and any issues promptly to supervisors or managers.
• Carry out precise installation and connection of all components as per guidelines.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other machinery to construct modules conforming to design standards.
• Perform functional and performance testing to ensure the modules meet required quality and safety benchmarks.
• Adjust and monitor manufacturing processes to enhance assembly efficiency and maintain quality.
• Manage materials and components effectively to reduce waste during production.
• Maintain workplace safety and organization by properly handling tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow strict safety protocols and environmental policies, including when handling hazardous materials.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing or assembly environments, ideally within water technology or mechanical assembly sectors.
• Prior experience with water treatment equipment or modular systems is a considerable advantage.
• Capability to conduct testing and troubleshoot assembled modules.
• Strong adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in manufacturing or engineering fields are beneficial.
• Physical ability to lift and transport materials of various weights and sizes.
• Experience using ERP systems like SAP is advantageous.
• Effective communication, organization, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary.
