Role Overview

As an Entry Level Assembler, you will contribute significantly to producing high-quality products essential for various industries and communities. Whether you are beginning in manufacturing or transitioning from another practical field, this position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on assembly skills in a team environment that prioritizes safety, quality, and ongoing improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical and electrical assembly tasks adhering to established instructions and quality benchmarks.
• Construct components, subassemblies, and final products meeting detailed specifications and production demands.
• Manage receipt and organization of materials required for assigned production activities.
• Follow prescribed assembly and testing protocols, including color coding, PVC thermal welding, thread taping, and other standard processes.
• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, jigs, and basic production equipment safely and effectively.
• Interpret and follow simple assembly diagrams, visual guides, and work orders accurately.
• Complete all necessary production documentation precisely and input production data into company systems as required.
• Inspect finished products and participate in testing to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace through housekeeping and 5S initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance safety, quality, and productivity continuously.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas in safe operating condition.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or similar hands-on environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability and willingness to learn assembly procedures, tools, and equipment through formal training.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with a dedication to producing quality products.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Capability to read and comprehend basic work instructions and assembly schematics.
• Comfort or willingness to learn using hand and power tools.
• Dependable team player demonstrating a strong commitment to safety principles.
• Basic computer literacy is beneficial but not essential.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks across a full workday.
