About the Role and Team

The Growth Algorithm team spearheads transformative algorithmic solutions across BNPL and Cash Loan offerings in Southeast Asia, aiming to drive scalable expansion across multiple markets, customer groups, and varied financial contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Address significant user growth challenges including funnel enhancements, incentive programs, and pricing models by developing large-scale systems that impact international payment and financial services growth.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of growth-related algorithms: from identifying problems, creating models, conducting experiments, to deploying solutions and iterating continuously using real-world datasets.
• Engineer expansive machine learning models and pioneering user growth frameworks using advanced AI techniques, deep learning, and uplift modeling to accelerate payments and finance product adoption.
• Design AI-powered decision-making systems, including autonomous agents, that adapt dynamically and independently implement growth strategies worldwide.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to spot impactful opportunities and generate scalable business value.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience developing or refining large-scale systems within internet or fintech sectors, with eagerness to tackle challenges on a global scale.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Mining, or associated fields, supported by strong theoretical and practical knowledge.
• Practical expertise in modern machine learning approaches like statistical learning, deep learning, uplift modeling, and extensive optimization, with a keen interest in frontier AI technologies such as large language models and autonomous agents.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for dissecting complex growth issues and devising scalable algorithmic solutions.
• A motivated learner passionate about leveraging data, algorithms, and AI to achieve tangible business improvements in international payments and financial domains.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience boosting user growth in environments characterized by heavy traffic, including digital advertising, marketing automation, recommendation engines, or growth platforms, with enthusiasm to apply these skills within global payment and finance ecosystems.
• Background in fintech or financial services involving large transaction volumes, risk optimization, or multi-market activity, proving adaptability in fast-changing, complex markets.
