Currently, Helius is seeking an AI/Senior Software Engineer to join its Gen AI team in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced GenAI solutions integrating Azure, AWS, and OpenAI platforms.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and delivery leads to support project execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the latest developments in GenAI, Azure, OpenAI, AWS, and Google Cloud AI technologies.
- Develop and optimize scalable, efficient codebases for GenAI applications, enhancing performance and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth operation with minimal downtime.
- Work alongside data scientists and machine learning engineers to improve GenAI functionalities.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers within the team.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing large language model (LLM) harness engineering patterns and orchestration techniques.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services including Azure WebApp, Azure AI Services, and Azure Functions.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as ECS/EKS, Agentcore, DynamoDB, Amazon SageMaker, Lambda, and AI/ML offerings.
- Knowledge of OpenAI technologies including GPT-3/4 and reinforcement learning frameworks.
- Experience integrating large language models with APIs, building AI agents, and working with multi-modal models.
- Competence in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and evaluating machine learning models.
- Desirable knowledge of Google Cloud services (AI Platform, Cloud Functions, AutoML), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps tools for CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience contributing to open-source GenAI or cloud integration projects is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to function independently and within teams.
