Overview
The Corporate Services Policy and Planning team at this leading tech company delivers strategic support through policy formulation, research, data-driven analytics, and program coordination focused on enhancing employee and operational experiences globally, especially in areas like workplace services, real estate, catering, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and evaluation of policies, regulations, and legislation impacting workplace programs, pinpointing challenges and crafting targeted solutions.
- Develop data-supported policies, guidelines, and initiatives that tackle workplace program issues, drive innovation, boost customer satisfaction, and align with advanced industry trends.
- Assist regional teams in formulating strategic plans and frameworks to successfully implement policy actions and monitor measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to co-design and recommend sustainable systemic improvements.
- Utilize data analytics and before-and-after models to monitor program progress, establish evaluation systems, and gauge intervention impacts.
- Offer expert advice and support to stakeholders and operational leaders, integrating industry knowledge to propose actionable strategies.
- Manage projects and programs throughout their lifecycle, ensuring effective planning, execution, and assessment.
- Define and track performance metrics for the centre of excellence activities and compile management-level reports on outcomes.
- Lead change management initiatives by guiding, supporting, and training relevant teams to adopt transformations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strategic thinker with leadership skills and a capability to influence.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities demonstrated across diverse multicultural settings.
- Proven expertise in managing projects and programs globally within complex matrix organizations.
- Fluent professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin, to collaborate effectively with R&D teams based in China.
- Competent with MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
- Willingness to undertake international travel as necessary.
Preferred Experience
- Background in workplace operations, real estate, administrative roles, consulting, or business management.
- Proven track record of driving growth, delivering innovative solutions, and openness to change and challenges.
- Experience in managing people and vendors.
