About the Role
As a Linen Porter at Hotel du Vin in Cheltenham, you will play a crucial role behind the scenes to uphold the hotel's high standards and contribute to memorable guest experiences. You will manage the distribution and collection of linen throughout the hotel, supporting housekeeping by ensuring rooms and public areas are properly stocked and prepared.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver and collect linen across all hotel areas.
- Assist Room Attendants in preparing guest rooms to meet Hotel du Vin's quality standards.
- Maintain linen stores and keep appropriate stock levels.
- Help move supplies and equipment as needed.
- Ensure guest rooms are ready on schedule and presented impeccably.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping team members to meet daily targets.
- Provide polite and professional service in interactions with guests and coworkers.

Additional Information
