Role Overview
The Night Porter position at Hotel du Vin in Stratford-upon-Avon involves managing the hotel's overnight operations, ensuring guests receive quality service, and upholding brand standards. You will oversee the Food & Beverage Department during nighttime hours, assist guests with a warm welcome, and maintain cleanliness in public areas and event spaces.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth hotel operations from sunset to sunrise.
- Manage Food & Beverage services during the night shift.
- Greet and assist guests cordially, handling inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain spotless public areas and prepare meeting/event rooms for the following day.
- Support guests with luggage handling as needed.
- Perform nightly health and safety inspections.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Essential to have worked night shifts before.
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
