Join Malmaison Birmingham's housekeeping team as a Housekeeper dedicated to maintaining immaculate guest bedrooms daily. This position demands great attention to detail and high cleanliness standards to enhance guest experience in a luxury boutique hotel setting.

Job Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms are consistently clean and tidy, reflecting Malmaison’s standards. You will engage with guests routinely, hence conversational English is necessary. The role requires working independently for stretches of time.
Working Hours and Schedule
The position involves mostly fixed shifts, working five days out of seven, beginning between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, with occasional need for flexibility during busy periods. Options for earlier start times or weekend-only shifts can be discussed during the interview process.
Physical Requirements and Training
This is a physically demanding job requiring stamina and fitness to perform cleaning duties effectively. Comprehensive training on chemical handling and equipment use will be provided to ensure safety and efficiency.
Experience & Attitude
While prior experience in housekeeping is not mandatory, candidates must display a positive attitude and commitment to contributing positively within the hotel team.
Career Development
Malmaison promotes internal advancement and aims to enroll 100 new apprentices by year-end. Successful candidates may qualify for apprenticeship opportunities after completing their probation.
