Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our communities. Candidates who are detail-focused, take pride in their work, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively within a team will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of building entrances, elevators, offices, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity spaces, and other communal areas
• Clean vacant suites and perform suite touch-ups
• Collect and dispose of interior and exterior trash
• Support snow removal and perform touch-up painting tasks as needed
• Manage inventory accurately and ensure proper stock levels
• Monitor equipment functionality and upkeep
• Assist other sites and perform other duties as necessary

Experience & Education

• Minimum of two years of professional cleaning experience

Technical & Language Skills

• Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic familiarity with technology considered advantageous

Physical and Interpersonal Requirements

• Capable of walking, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting for up to eight hours daily
• Able to maneuver loads up to 90kg using appropriate equipment
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
• Excellent time management abilities
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm towards work

Additional Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Ownership of a reliable vehicle
