Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner Associate committed to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across our communities. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Ideal candidates take pride in delivering quality results and supporting the upkeep of common areas and vacant suites.

Primary Responsibilities

• Cleaning entrances, elevators, offices, hallways, stairwells, laundry and garbage rooms, amenity areas, and other shared spaces
• Perform cleaning and touch-up tasks in vacant units
• Collect garbage internally and externally
• Assist with snow removal and paint touch-ups when required
• Manage inventory accurately and ensure equipment is maintained in good working condition
• Support other site locations with assigned tasks as needed

Experience and Education

• Minimum of two years experience in cleaning services

Technical Qualifications

• Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic comfort with technology considered beneficial

Physical and Interpersonal Requirements

• Ability to be active for up to eight hours involving walking, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting
• Capacity to safely handle loads up to 90kg with appropriate equipment
• Strong dedication to superior customer service
• Efficient time management skills
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm in the workplace

Additional Conditions

• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Must have access to a reliable personal vehicle
