Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout our residential communities. This position suits candidates who are detail-driven, take pride in their work, and can work independently as well as collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in building entrances, elevators, offices, hallways, stairwells, laundry areas, garbage rooms, amenities, and other common spaces
• Perform cleaning duties for vacant suites and conduct suite touch-ups
• Collect interior and exterior garbage efficiently
• Support snow removal efforts and perform touch-up painting when required
• Manage inventory accurately and ensure equipment is functional and well-maintained
• Assist with additional tasks and provide support across multiple sites as needed

Required Experience and Education

• A minimum of two years of cleaning experience

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written
• Basic familiarity with technology is advantageous

Physical and Personal Attributes

• Capability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting
• Ability to move objects weighing up to 90 kilograms using proper equipment
• Strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in team settings
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm towards work

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Own a reliable vehicle
