Role Summary
The role requires living onsite with a 60% rent discount, managing property operations with hands-on involvement in maintenance and cleaning. Candidates should demonstrate versatility, excellent customer service, and be available for evenings and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage warmly with residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage site ownership, including maintenance tasks and cleaning activities.
- Maintain flexible working hours to accommodate evenings and weekend duty.
- Collect rent payments and address any overdue accounts promptly.
- Conduct inspections of vacant and soon-to-be-vacant suites.
- Show available units and manage lease agreements.
- Perform annual suite inspections.
- Prepare and submit bank deposits efficiently.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely and contract-compliant work completion.
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, cleaning, and painting touch-ups.
- Complete additional duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum two years of customer service experience.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Proficient with computers; experience with web-based systems preferred.
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and changing systems.
- General familiarity with technological tools is a plus.
Personal Attributes
- Strong dedication to delivering superior customer service.
- Accountability for own actions and ability to ensure problem resolutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Positive demeanor with enthusiasm and assertiveness.
- Physical capability to walk, stand, climb stairs, and lift items up to 10 kg safely for extended periods.
