Job description
Overview
We are searching for seasoned Learning & Development as well as Training professionals to fill multiple roles supporting a major client based in Qatar.
Key Areas of Expertise
- Conducting Training and Learning Needs Analysis
- Facilitating Soft Skills and Professional Development Sessions
- Delivering Technical and Electrical Training
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants possess over six years of experience in training and L&D, encompassing needs analysis, program creation, delivery, assessment, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Past involvement with KAHRAMAA
- Familiarity with Qatar and the wider GCC region
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English
- Experience within government entities, utilities, or heavily regulated industries
- Knowledge of ERP, HRIS, and LMS platforms
- Understanding of ISO standards, Risk Management, or compliance processes
Specifically, candidates aiming for Electrical Training roles should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering and have a track record in technical training delivery.
