About the Role
Frazer Jones is collaborating with a leading client in the consumer services sector to recruit a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist. This position calls for a proactive individual with a strong aptitude in facilitation, focused on delivering impactful soft skills training that yields measurable business benefits.
Key Responsibilities
The Specialist will report directly to the Learning & Development Director and oversee the full lifecycle design, facilitation, and execution of learning programs aligned with organizational objectives. Partnering closely with business leaders and stakeholders, the incumbent will identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions to improve individual and team effectiveness.
The role emphasizes delivering engaging learning experiences concentrating on soft skills, leadership, and professional growth initiatives. Proficiency in facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions is essential, fostering an interactive and reflective learning environment conducive to behavioral transformation.
Additional duties include conducting learning needs analysis, designing curricula and content, and evaluating program outcomes. The Specialist will apply adult learning theories and modern methodologies to craft impactful learning experiences, utilizing data and stakeholder feedback for ongoing enhancement.
