About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Group Compensation & Benefits team in Singapore as part of the HR function of a leading organisation. This role provides a strategic and influential opportunity to shape compensation strategies, policies, and reward programmes across a multifaceted, multi-entity operational landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior HR stakeholders to design and drive compensation initiatives for specialised employee groups, ensuring remuneration frameworks that are competitive, fair, and aligned with the organisation's goals.
- Lead the review, design, and implementation of compensation structures, salary and bonus programmes, and wider rewards policies, balancing business needs with longer-term workforce and company strategies.
- Engage extensively with multiple business units to provide trusted advisory on compensation matters, working alongside HR teams and leadership to assess policy changes and develop practical, scalable solutions.
- Contribute to the harmonisation of reward practices, frameworks, and processes organisation-wide, promoting consistency while allowing necessary flexibility.
- Spearhead and support end-to-end compensation projects including market benchmarking, remuneration analysis, financial modelling, policy evaluation, implementation planning, communications, and change management.
- Utilise data and market insights to formulate recommendations for senior leadership, ensuring reward programmes remain competitive, compliant, and suitable for purpose.
Candidate Profile
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or related HR specialties.
- Proven expertise in salary structure design, conducting annual compensation reviews, market benchmarking, and rewards analytics.
- Experience working within large, matrixed organisations and managing project-driven environments is highly advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen paired with analytical prowess and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, along with effective communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple competing demands, navigate organisational complexity, and lead initiatives independently.
