Role Overview
To expand our HR team, we seek a seasoned HR Manager in Nottuln-Appelhülsen near Münster offering growth opportunities. This pivotal role balances strategic HR leadership and operational insight, serving as a trusted advisor to management and supporting the advancement of HR frameworks at both national and international levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide broad HR, organizational, and labor law support and advice to executives and management.
- Drive organizational and leadership development initiatives.
- Partner equally on matters of leadership, performance, collaboration, workforce planning, and managing change.
- Collaborate trustfully with internal parties and the works council.
- Facilitate growth, change, and restructurings at the site.
- Develop and secure sustainable HR structures, digital processes, and professional standards.
- Lead strategic projects covering HR processes, systems, staff growth, and employer branding.
- Support succession planning, talent growth, and employee development.
- Manage salary reviews, compensation, incentives including MBOs and commission schemes.
- Maintain organization charts, job descriptions, titles, skill matrices, and development programs.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategy, sourcing improvements, and employer branding.
- Ensure effective onboarding and positive candidate experiences.
- Manage vocational training programs, training marketing, and external partnerships.
- Set up and refine HR metrics, reporting, and dashboards.
- Contribute to personnel budgeting and forecasting and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with AETNA Group headquarters HR and controlling teams.
- Report directly to the CEO with HR department oversight.

Candidate Profile
- Completed professional training or degree focused on HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Several years in senior HR roles demonstrating strong business partnership skills.
- Proven capability in advising senior executives and HR-related senior management duties.
- Sound expertise in labor and co-determination law.
- Experience with medium-sized manufacturing or globally connected companies preferred.
- Combines strategic mindset, analytical skills, and practiced hands-on approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, assertiveness, empathy.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
