Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate site activities and laborers to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Participate actively in onsite landscaping work, embodying a practical "hands-on" approach.
• Collaborate with the office team to organize timely deliveries and purchase orders.
• Manage full project delivery from inception to completion with limited oversight from senior management.
• Ensure that onsite operations are conducted safely and efficiently by yourself and your team.
• Perform all necessary risk assessments and comply with company safety policies.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, timings, costs, and other key metrics to the Director and General Manager.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related issues or communications.
• Maintain open communication with senior leadership to promptly address any challenges encountered.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrable experience in the landscaping industry, particularly in commercial settings.
• Successful track record of delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Experience leading teams on large-scale commercial landscape projects.
• Possession of a Landscape Trade qualification; additional certifications are advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage site teams and laborers effectively to meet deadlines.
• Must maintain an active, practical "hands-on" work ethic.
• Valid New South Wales driver’s license is required.
• Must hold a WorkCover white card.
• Fluent English communication skills essential.
• Must have legal entitlement to work in Australia.
