Job Overview

We are seeking a Kitchen Team Member to maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene within our kitchen, prepare and present meals according to standards, and communicate effectively with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations. This role involves adhering to health and safety regulations and participating actively in fostering an inclusive and sustainable workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness of kitchen spaces, including deep cleaning equipment and surfaces in line with health regulations.
• Prepare, organize, and handle operating equipment safely, ensuring chemicals and items are stored properly according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Clean and store crockery, cutlery, and glassware hygienically, following standard cleaning schedules.
• Prepare and present meals at correct temperatures, ensuring timely service that matches guest demands.
• Properly collect and dispose of kitchen waste using hygienic and safe methods.
• Manage stock rotation and control, communicating menu changes and stock status to restaurant staff.
• Adhere to departmental procedures, uphold confidentiality regarding hotel and guest details, and perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of £13.45.
