Key Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient workflow and time management throughout shifts.
• Possess fundamental understanding of chemicals used in the kitchen for cleaning purposes.
• Operate effectively within the plate and pot washing service areas, ensuring all standards are met.
• Keep all washing stations and equipment at the highest cleanliness levels consistently.
• Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines as directed by senior kitchen staff.
• Support and foster a positive and cooperative team atmosphere, prioritizing employee wellbeing, safety, and professional growth.

• Basic proficiency in English communication.
