Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver an exceptional GAUCHO dining experience, emphasizing elevated hospitality standards.
• Act as the face of GAUCHO by providing exemplary service and adhering to the GAUCHO service steps and standards.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our menu offerings to effectively assist guests and suggest dishes.
• Assist management in increasing sales by encouraging more covers and improving average spend per guest.
• Ensure all guest orders are taken and relayed accurately and professionally.
• Help keep the restaurant clean, orderly, and properly set up and closed down according to procedures.
