Role Description and Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness in guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries following established standards and protocols.
• Oversee the condition of public areas to ensure they meet quality expectations.
• Restock guest amenities and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Report any damages or malfunctions found in guest rooms.
• Ensure housekeeping equipment is cleaned and kept in proper condition at all times.
• Keep detailed floor section reports and regularly perform room inspections through checklists.
• Be knowledgeable and compliant with hotel fire safety, life safety, and emergency procedures.
• Participate actively in all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as directed by management.
• Uphold a consistently high standard of personal hygiene and professional appearance.

Qualifications

A degree or diploma in Hospitality is required for this position.
