Operations Executive

Overview

Futurzz HR is looking for motivated and meticulous Operations Executives to enhance warehouse and fulfillment center functionality. This full-time role is focused on managing inventory accuracy, processing shipments, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring seamless coordination with warehouse teams to hit daily performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily processing of inbound and outbound shipments and orders.
• Oversee smooth execution of warehouse and fulfillment processes.
• Maintain precise inventory records and conduct regular physical counts.
• Monitor Warehouse Order Management (WOM) activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety protocols.
• Liaise with warehouse personnel and support units to optimize operations.
• Track key performance indicators and generate daily operational reports.
• Assist in workforce planning and shift roster organization.
• Address operational challenges and eliminate process inefficiencies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, logistics, e-commerce operations, or fulfillment operations.

Key Skills

• Fundamental understanding of inventory and warehouse management principles.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving operational setting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computing.
• Knowledge of the local language is preferred.
• Preference given to candidates residing close to the job location.

Compensation

This position offers a take-home salary of ₹25,000 per month.
