Role Overview
Sidewall Scaffolding, based in Silverdale, Auckland, is seeking an Account & Operations Manager to oversee current client relationships while managing daily scaffolding operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the role involves keeping clients updated, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, reliably, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, handling inquiries and all project communications.
- Organize job schedules, coordinating crews, equipment, and transport logistics.
- Conduct morning briefings, delegate tasks, and track progress and efficiency.
- Perform site visits, prepare cost estimates, and manage project variations.
- Address client and operational challenges, assist with payment follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM and job documentation.
- Promote adherence to safe working standards and site safety protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in account management, operations, or team coordination, preferably within scaffolding or construction sectors.
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on knowledge of scaffolding practices, estimation techniques, and site safety requirements.
- Current full driver’s license is mandatory.
- Possession of a New Zealand scaffolding Certificate of Competence (CoC) and a Class 2 truck driver license is highly advantageous.
Work Conditions and Benefits
