Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the work area carefully, including covering fixtures and furniture to avoid any damage or mess.
• Get painting surfaces ready by removing old paint, filling in holes and cracks, and washing walls.
• Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other finishes and decorative materials efficiently.
• Clean all painting tools and materials after use, restore fixtures, and rearrange furniture after the job is complete.
• Perform routine inspections of premises and equipment, handling basic repair and maintenance tasks.
• Contribute proactively to enhancing the comfort of guests and visitors.
• Approach all duties with a positive, can-do mindset.
• Maintain detailed records and daily logs of all repairs and maintenance activities on assets and equipment.
• Adhere strictly to the hotel's security policies and regulations, including emergency procedures such as fire safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in painting and decorating is preferred.
• Familiarity with security regulations is advantageous.
