Primary Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure all hotel areas are clean, hygienic, comfortable, and free from hazards to maximize guest satisfaction and contribute to organizational profitability while upholding impeccable housekeeping standards.
- Manage and safeguard all departmental master keys and other access keys to maintain the security of guests and hotel property.
- Maintain cleanliness standards consistently, especially in assigned guest rooms, to deliver top-tier guest satisfaction.
- Remain vigilant, courteous, and helpful towards guests and colleagues at all times.
- Undertake cleaning duties for rooms, public areas, the Executive Office, and additional assignments as required.
- Report any issues potentially impacting hotel interests promptly to management.
Key Responsibilities in People Management
- Foster seamless coordination and cooperation with all hotel departments to maximize productivity, morale, and guest service quality.
- Engage with guests and hotel staff in an efficient, friendly manner ensuring positive interactions.
- Support the team to deliver a broad range of effective and efficient services.
- Address customer queries by resolving issues promptly to secure satisfaction.
- Maintain high service standards consistently.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through personalized service and consistent engagement, providing effective amenities and services.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
- At least one year of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Additional language skills and a basic understanding of local languages are advantageous.
